IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO:
- submit your return within 14 days after receiving your package
- treat the items with care when trying it on,
- not remove any labels or tags
DIRTY/WORN CLOTHING OR PIECES MISSING TAGS/LABELS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
- Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
- For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!
Received a wrong or faulty product?
If you received a wrong/faulty item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Your order number
- Pictures of the wrong/faulty products, the packaging and the delivery slip
Please make sure to keep the delivery slip and also make pictures of the outside and inside of your package. We will find a solution for you as fast as possible!
Please only return the wrong item, if our customer care team (email@example.com) asks you to.
The return costs are to be covered by you and won't be refunded.
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to show on your bank account.
Dolls&Divas is not responsible for returns until they reach our warehouse in Amstelveen, Netherlands. Keep your return postage receipt and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for returned packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Dolls&Divas will not issue store credit or a refund for your returns.
